Cabinet Sample


Here is my spalted maple and cherry kitchen cabinet sample door. Pretty cool, huh? When Bob Newman showed us the spalted maple in his shop I started looking into ways to use it to create an unusual cabinet design. When I saw the kitchen that Michael Seward created I knew that we had found our look. Only 9 doors are made this way...the rest of the kitchen is curly cherry.

Your new log cabin is quite awesome! These wood cabinets are so unique - the maple almost looks like marble (especially in the previous full kitchen pictures when you were selecting them). I also love your lighting fixtures. Thanks for documenting your log cabin "journey" for everyone to enjoy.
